AKA Property Services was built around a simple observation: commercial properties generate a constant stream of small problems, and the vendors who handle them well are surprisingly hard to find. Big contractors don't want the work. One-man operations often don't answer the phone, don't carry insurance, and don't send paperwork. Property managers end up stuck in the middle.
